Travelling out of the Country
Given a choice to carry a birth certificate or a passport to your vacation destination? By far, the passport is the best document to carry when traveling out of the country. It will be much easier to enter your destination county with a passport, as immigration officers from other countries will not scrutinize your documents as much if presented with a passport. From my experience, I have seen many passengers sent home because the immigration officer thinks that their birth certificate is not valid.

best place to travel now is the Caribbean, Latin America or South America..
Europe is a bit expensive now since the american dollar is weaker that the Euro so your money does not go so far there.
